The victim was brought to shore at Bloomers Beach near the northern boat basin near Henry Hudson Drive in Palisades Interstate Park in Englewood Cliffs around 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 16, responders said.
The NYPD Harbor Unit joined Palisades Interstate Parkway Police at the scene.
There was no immediate word on the victim's condition.
